Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos, Nigeria, for an Administrative Assistant. phlo is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Administrative Assistant to support the company’s daily administrative and operational coordination activities.

The Administrative Assistant will report directly to the Operations Manager and will play a key support role across:

  • administration,
  • scheduling,
  • logistics coordination,
  • document management,
  • office support,
  • vendor coordination,
  • and executive support for the senior leadership team.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 1–3 years of administrative, executive assistant, office coordination, or operations support experience.
  • Experience working in a startup, retail, fashion, lifestyle, logistics, or fast-paced business environment is an advantage.
