Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos, Nigeria, for an Administrative Assistant. phlo is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Administrative Assistant to support the company’s daily administrative and operational coordination activities.
The Administrative Assistant will report directly to the Operations Manager and will play a key support role across:
- administration,
- scheduling,
- logistics coordination,
- document management,
- office support,
- vendor coordination,
- and executive support for the senior leadership team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of administrative, executive assistant, office coordination, or operations support experience.
- Experience working in a startup, retail, fashion, lifestyle, logistics, or fast-paced business environment is an advantage.

- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Professional verbal and written communication skills

- Microsoft Office Suite
- Google Workspace
- Basic calendar and scheduling tools
Additional advantage:
- Familiarity with Shopify, WhatsApp Business, or project management tools.
